Jennifer leads the ORC team in strengthening and expanding the Texas Tech System's intellectual property (IP) portfolio, advancing commercialization efforts and fostering industry partnerships—all of which contribute to the continued growth of the university and system’s innovation ecosystem.
Jennifer also manages and coordinates the Intellectual Property Review Committees for both the TTU and TTUHSC. Prior to joining Texas Tech in 2022, Jennifer served as Director of Patents and Licensing at WiSys where she managed the IP portfolio and licensing activities for technologies developed out of the 11 regional comprehensive institutions in the University of Wisconsin System. She holds a bachelor's degree in the life sciences, an MBA and has over 16 years' experience in technology transfer working across a variety of industry sectors and supporting university researchers and entrepreneurs across a breadth of disciplines in both the US and UK.
