As a senior editor for the ORDC, Crystal writes and edits content that showcases the academic research pursuits of Texas Tech University. Her duties also include maintaining the Office of the Provost and Office of Research & Innovation websites and social media and assists in developing communications for both offices.

Crystal graduated from Texas Tech in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in English specializing in Technical Communications and received her Master of Arts in Media & Communications here at Texas Tech in 2015. Prior to joining Texas Tech, Crystal worked in the government sector for NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, & dogs when away from the office.
