Naomi Gonzales serves as a Research Administrator II for the Proposal Services Team in the Office of Research Services. In this position, she assists faculty, staff, and students in preparing proposals for submission to various agencies. She provides support with budget preparation and checks to make sure proposals meet agency and university requirements before submission.
Naomi graduated from Texas Tech University with her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies in 2006. Prior to coming to ORS, she worked in the child welfare field for over 10 years. She has a passion for helping people overcome challenges. She enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with her husband and three children.
