She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University in 2000,
and a Master of Science in Bioethics from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley
in 2022. Rebecca brings a variety of experience from her work in multiple industries
including municipal, medical, non-profit, and transportation sectors. Recently retired
from a management position in the airline industry, Rebecca was drawn back to her
alma mater to combine her education and experience with her passion for compliance
and research ethics. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, growing organic vegetables,
and photography.
