Jennifer (Jenn) Fidler serves as a Program Manager for the Award Services Team in the Office of Research Services (ORS). Her responsibilities include entering awards in ORS databases, drafting and processing awards, subawards, and amendments, confirming all compliance issues are completed, initiating extensions, and assembling award packets for Accounting Services. Jenn also serves as the liaison between Texas Tech and the awarding agency when any communication is needed.

Jenn began working in the Office of Research Services in September 2019. Although she is new to ORS, she spent almost 20 years in Texas Tech Academic Testing Services. She graduated from Texas Tech in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Jenn enjoys anything music related and spending time with her husband Taylor, their two daughters and their rescue dog Stella.
