Kaitlyn Hale serves as the program director in the area of research and academic communications. She maintains the Office of the Provost and Office of Research & Innovation websites and social media and assists in developing communications for both offices.

Kaitlyn graduated from Texas Tech in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural communications. Before coming to the Office of Research & Innovation, she spent two years at the Texas Tech University Career Center, where she was responsible for the department's website, marketing materials and social media.
