Maria Grijalva comes from a background of commercial printing. Customer service and
good communication was important. Being able to set priorities to meet the need of
the client while coordinating with production as to how to best meet those needs was
a big part of the service industry. Often, it was about troubleshooting to meet deadlines
and expectations. Maria's job responsibilities here in the EHS department are similar
to her career in customer service. She consistently helps others in the department
accomplish their tasks and stay productive by completing the everyday office tasks
that keep the department efficient.
