Wendoli serves as the Senior Director of Executive Operations in the Office of Research & Innovation (OR&I). In her role she represents the interests and priorities of the OR&I through management and integration of the VPRI's initiatives, priorities, and objectives. Prior to joining OR&I, Wendoli served as the Director of Prestigious External Student Awards for over eight years. Her experience at Texas Tech also includes working in the Office of the Vice President for Research (2011-2015) and in the Office of Institutional Advancement (2005-2009). During her graduate studies, she had the opportunity to serve as a graduate instructor of Spanish.

In 2019-2020, Wendoli participated in President's Leadership Institute. She received the President's Award of Excellence in 2021 and the TTU Quality Service Award in 2009. Additionally, Wendoli has participated in several Leadership Women programs throughout her career. She is a graduate of the 2009 Power Pipeline leadership class and has served on the Power Pipeline Committee of the Board. In 2013, she graduated from the Leadership Texas program.

Wendoli earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with international emphasis in 2004 and a Master of Arts in Spanish Literature in 2011 from Texas Tech University.
