Texas Tech University Recreation is proud to offer the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim program as part of our Aquatic Programming. The Learn-To-Swim Program begins with the basics of swimming and water acclimation (i.e. blowing bubbles, movement, etc..) and progresses through stroke introduction, development, and refinement, in addition to diving and other deep-water skills (i.e. treading, survival swimming).
Would you know what to do in a cardiac, breathing or first aid emergency? The right answer could help you save a life.
