Texas Tech is now offering Reformer Pilates—a dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability. Whether youre looking for energizing group fitness classes or personalized one-on-one training, our expert instructors will guide you through low-impact, high-intensity sessions that challenge and empower you.

Register for Group Fitness Reformer Pilates
Registration is as easy as 1, 2 and 3!
- 1) Register for your free 30min Reformer Pilates on www.register.urec.ttu.edu.
- 2) Once you have registered for your Reformer Pilates Class, use our online portal to secure your spot in a class. You can register for a class up to one week + 2 hours in advance of each class. Click here to secure your class spot.
- 3) Show up 15 minutes before your class to be checked in. See you at the studio!
Cancel Class Registration
- 1.) Go to https://register.urec.ttu.edu
- 2.) Sign In
- 3.) Click on your profile in the top right corner
- 4.) Click on "Program Registrations"
- 5.) Click on the three dots next to the reservation you would like to cancel
- 6.) Conrim the cancellation of your reservation
- *All cancellations must be made at lest 6 hours before class

At the Texas Tech Recreation Center, our Reformer Pilates program is designed to meet you where you are—whether you're new to Pilates or looking to elevate your practice. With expert instruction and a supportive studio environment, youll experience personalized training that challenges your core, aligns your posture, and leaves you feeling stronger, more energized, and more connected to your body.
