Urbanovsky Park is home to a phenomenal nine hole disc golf course. This is a par three course covering more than 2500 feet of distance. The baskets are all newly updated and the hole layout utilizes the available space making the most of the trees and terrain. Please watch for pedestrians while playing. They have the right-of-way.

• No, the Disc Golf Course is for walk up play only.

There are two separate gazebo areas in Urbanovsky Park. Gazebos can be used by park users for a place to rest and hang out when not reserved.

West Gazebo

The West Gazebo is located off of the walkway near the older set of two sand volleyball courts. It has power and a small concrete pad attached.

East Gazebo

The East Gazebo is located off of the walkway near the newer sand volleyball courts. It has power and a small concrete pad attached.

Is this space reservable?

The ampitheatre hosts a stage pad with a sloped audience area with stone seating. The Amphitheatre can host large events. Numerous concerts have been held at the Amphitheatre.

Is this space reservable?

• Yes, the amphitheatre can be rented by University Recreation fee-paying students,student organizations, and university departments. While there is electrical plugs embedded are the amphitheatre, concerts require external power supplies like generators.

Urbanovsky Park hosts a jogging track that can be segmented out to produce runs of up to 1.2 miles per lap. Follow this link for more information on campus jogging routes.

Urbanovsky Park has two full size basketball courts. One court is a full 10 foot height court, while the other is set at 8 1/2 feet.

There are a number of outdoor fitness pieces that can be used for a fun workout outdoors. The outdoor equipment includes many body weight stations like pull ups, dips, push ups, jumping platforms, and more.

Is this space reservable?

• No, the outdoor fitness equipment cannot be reserved. It is open for all University Recreation members.

Urbanovsky Park is more than 26 acres in total. Much of this space is open green space for you to enough time in the park how you want to have fun! We do offer outdoor rental equipment like footballs and soccerballs during open hours inside the Student Rec Center in the lower level Equipment Issue.
