My name is Cindy Bruington, Associate Director of the CDRC. I joined the CDRC family as an infant/toddler teacher in 2003 and continued in that role until 2011, at which time I then moved into my current position of Associate Director. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1986 with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development. In 2009, I earned an Interdisciplinary Master's Degree from Texas Tech specializing in Human Development, Special Education, and Business Administration. My passion for and continued work in the early childhood field provides such rewarding and fulfilling opportunities to connect and build lasting relationships with children and families. I love being in the midst of children; in fact, those times are so therapeutic for me! Working at the CDRC also provides enriching opportunities to partner with college students, supporting and facilitating their growth and understanding of developmentally appropriate practice. I am truly blessed to be a part of such an amazing place!
