Training/ShortCourses
At Technology Support, computer training is available from the following sources to suit individual learning preferences and needs.
- ShortCourses are non-credit, instructor-led, hands-on courses to help TTU students, faculty, and staff improve their computer skills. These courses are available each semester.
- Online Training includes self-paced, interactive, online courses. In order to access these courses, you will need to have an eRaider account.
Regular Maintenance Schedule: Skillsoft Technical Support has reserved Sunday afternoon, 12:00-2:00 PM, each week for system maintenance in the Skillsoft online training system. During these periods, the Skillsoft system may be intermittently unavailable. Should you experience outages outside of these time, please contact IT Help Central at 806-742-4357 (HELP) or email ithelpcentral@ttu.edu.
