Four J Chrome "Chrome"

Chrome is a 15-year-old palomino Quarter Horse gelding. He came to TTRC in the spring of 2022.

Chrome is partnered primarily with our more independent riders and loves to go to work!

SGF Lilly "Daisy"

Daisy is a 20-year-old brown dun Norwegian Fjord. She came to TTRC in the spring of 2020.

Daisy has done a little bit of everything and loves to stay busy!

Dream Chaser Sibbald Taboo "Dreamer"

Dreamer is a 15-year-old registered Canadian Fjord horse gelding. He came to TTRC in the summer of 2024.

Dreamer is a lovable, big teddy bear who wants to please everyone. He loves all his riders and loves to go all over to meet new people.

Irma

Irma is a 15-year-old brown dun Norwegian Fjord mare. She came to TTRC in the spring of 2024.

A fun fact about Irma, is she used to pull sleighs in the snow in Wisconsin. Irma loves the teenage crowd!

Jake I "Jake"

Jake is a 6-year-old registered Norwegian Fjord Horse gelding. He came to the TTRC in the summer of 2025.

Jake is like the little brother that annoys all the other horses, but he's very cute, playful and funny. Most of all, he loves the little participants and all people.

Kate

Kate is a 12-year-old Haflinger mare. She came to TTRC in the fall of 2024.

Kate loves giving rides to young kids as well as adults. She also loves treats!

Genuine Diamond Lil "Lilly"

Lilly is a 14-year-old black Quarter Horse mare. She came to TTRC as a youngster and has been here 10 years.

Lilly has done a lot of things and loves hugs!

SFF Michael "Michael"

Michael is an 18-year-old registered Norwegian Fjord Horse gelding. He came to TTRC in the spring of 2021.

Michael is a great at everything but excels with the smaller riders. He loves when the younger participants lead him around, you can almost see him smile!

Nate

Nate is a 12-year-old Haflinger gelding. He came to TTRC in the spring of 2024.

When Nate came to us, he was joined by Kate, his driving partner. They drove together for several years and even have matching brands!

Eyed BN Investor "Nitro"

Nitro is a 21-year-old registered American Quarter Horse gelding. He came to TTRC in the fall of 2017.

Nitro has been a staple in the hippotherapy program. He also serves as a program ambassador by going out into the community!

Penelope

Penelope is a 14-year-old paint Gypsy Vanner Cross mare. She joined TTRC in the summer of 2025.

Penelope is utilized in therapeutic & adaptive riding sessions along with hippotherapy sessions. She is a well rounded horse with the personality to get the job done!

Might Peptodite "Peppy"

Peppy is a 20-year-old red roan Quarter Horse mare. She has been part of many equestrian programs at Texas Tech and joined TTRC in the spring of 2025.

Peppy is enjoying doing plenty of pleasure riding these days!
