College to Career

The College to Career Program is an internship initiative that provides undergraduate students with paid internship opportunities related to their desired industry. Through the program, students are matched with on-campus and Lubbock community internship positions that are submitted by supervisors and faculty members.

Internship positions are vetted and approved by program staff within the University Career Center. Each internship site is required to have a internship supervisor/mentor for their students such as aLubbock community employers and faculty.

Student Application Process

Students who are interested in the College to Career program should start by completing the interest form below. Students should plan to:

Look for "Next Steps" email
Send us your resume and completed workbook
Schedule a College to Career appointment in Raider Success Hub
Meet with the College to Career team
