Frequently Asked Questions about Family Weekend Football Tickets

🔥 Are discounted tickets limited?
Yes – discounted tickets are very limited, so we encourage families to purchase early to ensure availability. 

📱🎟️How will I receive the tickets?
Texas Tech uses mobile ticketing.

👨‍👩‍👧 Can my student sit with us at the game?
Only if you purchase a ticket for your student. Students receive free admission to the game with their student ID, but they must sit in the student section on the East side, lower level of the stadium.

♿ How do I request ADA seating?
For ADA seating accommodations, please call the Texas Tech Ticket Office directly at 806-742-8324.

🗓️ When will more tickets become available?
Single-seat tickets in other areas of the stadium will be released on May 12. These tickets may not be discounted. Visit www.texastech.com to view available options. 

🔄 Can I buy resold tickets safely?
Yes, but only through Texas Tech’s official resale partner, SeatGeek. We strongly discourage buying tickets from other resale platforms or from posts on social media.

🕒 What time is kickoff?
Kickoff time is TBA. We typically find out the game time 1–2 weeks before the game.

🍽️ What about other Family Weekend events?
Tickets for events like the Texas Tech Parents Association (TTPA) Dinner, TTPA Tailgate, and Parent & Family Relations' Red Raider Family Brunch will go on sale this summer.

📅❌ What if my family cannot attend Family Weekend?
We understand not everyone can attend. Visit your student whenever it's convenient for you! Check out our Family Days Calendar for suggestions of what to do when you visit.
