How to Support Your Student in a Major Change - March 22nd, Noon - Registration Link

A change in your student's major doesn't have to be scary, but students can use additional support and guidance. A major change is great opportunity for your student to focus on their own academic and career goals.  We will talk about what you can do as a parent or family member to help encourage your student when considering changing majors and how University Advising can help support your student along the way.  Presenters include Dr. Cathe Nutter, Director of University Advising, and Dr. Christine Self, Director of Parent & Family Relations

RRO Series: Red Raider Orientation Registration Holds - What are they, and how can we remove them? 

Learn what RRO registration holds are and how your student can get them taken care of so they're ready to register for classes during their RRO session this summer.  This webinar is for parents and family members of students attending 2-day RRO sessions this summer.  Reps from Orientation Services, Academic Testing Services, the Office of the Registrar, TSI Advising, University Student Housing, and Student Health Services will be on hand to talk about registration holds and how to remove them. There are two dates to choose from (both are the same content - you do not need to attend both sessions):
