Appearance Types and Charges

Charges are applicable per group being requested on the form. For example, if only cheer/pom is selected, only one charge will be required. However, if cheer/pom is requested AND a mascot is requested, the charge will be doubled to accommodate both requests if both are approved. 

Appearance Type Appearance Fee (Starting May 1 Charges:)
Corporate/Business Events: $500 per hour ($750 per hour)
Personal Events: $400 per hour ($500 per hour)
Non-Profit Organizations: $150 per hour ($250 per hour)
TTU Department/Organizations: $200 per hour ($300 per hour)
Pre-School/K-12 School: $100 per hour ($200 per hour)

Each approved appearance will include a visit by a group of no fewer than 2-4 cheerleaders/pom squad and/or a mascot with chants/cheers and photo opportunities. 

Please complete the following form THREE (3) weeks prior to your event date. An invoice and payment link will be sent once appearance request is reviewed and confirmed by squad members. Please complete entire form and type all information correctly. Appearance requests made within the three week window may be assessed at $100 late fee.
