RaiderCard Refund Request

 

STUDENTS

Students and employees who have at least $25 are eligible for RaiderCash refunds. View Balance Here.

Student refund requests are sent to Student Business Services for processing.  If you owe the University any money it will be taken out of this first and then remaining funds will be distributed to you via direct deposit or paper check depending on how you previously set up your refunds.  You can expect a refund within 2 business weeks.

EMPLOYEES

Employee refund requests will be sent to Payment Services for processing.  Refunds will be processed via paper check. You can expect a refund within 2 business weeks.

If you do not have a balance of at least $25 but are still requesting a refund, you must deposit enough funds to reach a balance of at least $25. Deposit Funds Here.

RaiderCash is a separate account from your Hospitality Dining Bucks and Commuter plans.  If you have questions regarding these accounts please reach out to Hospitality Service at hospitality@ttu.edu.
