What do you need to do to receive a Student ID?
Using your eRaider login, you will need to fill out this request page.
Review the guidelines and follow the instructions for submitting a photo. You will receive an email if your photo is accepted or not. Learn more »
We will contact your school at the Health Sciences Center to verify that you have paid the ID Maintenance Fee, that you are a student in good standing in your program, and therefore eligible to receive an ID from that school.
Once we receive your completed request AND an acceptable uploaded photo, we will mail your ID to the address you provided on your request.
