Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness classes are your chance to have fun and break a sweat with your friends!  We offer classes throughout the day including early morning, lunchtime and evening class times.  Group Fitness classes are a great way to try something new!  Drop into a Pilates, Barre, Cycle or Abs class today!
