Individual Personal Training

You will fill out the registration provided on the web or at the Fit/Well office. You can either choose your personal trainer or one will be assigned to you based on your gender preference and/or your availability. You can pay for your sessions the either online (after completing the registration form) or in person at the FitWell Office. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Fit/Well Gift Certificate.

There is flexibility to vary your schedule depending on your availability throughout your training period.

Our Partner Personal Training program is designed for you to train with a friend with one of our professional training staff. Are you and a workout buddy training for the same event? Trying to lose weight together with a spouse? Having a competition between you and your friend? Partner Personal Training may be for you!
