March 7, 2016 – During the opening reception for Changing Places: The Photographic Artifacts of Rick Dingus at the Museum of Texas Tech, Robin Germany, professor of photography, Brianna Burnett, alumna of the photography program and current President of the Medici Circle-Supporters of the School of Art, announced an initiative to establish a new Rick Dingus Art Scholarship. The fundraising goal has been set at $22,500 (the amount necessary to generate a $1,000 scholarship annually). The exciting news was the Medici Circle will match the first $11,250 donated, dollar for dollar. Donations to the scholarship can be made securely on line at [HERE]
