Secondary priority is given to programs sponsored and conducted by university academic and administrative departments, by organizations affiliated with such departments, or by registered student organizations. Other use of campus space and facilities may be permitted for activities intended to serve or benefit the university community. Click the link below to view photos and information on these rooms.
- View Classrooms - this link will take you to the Ad Astra Web Client where an eraider account is required. At this site you can view classroom attributes, pictures and also see the schedule of a room (How to view all schedule activities on AstraWeb)
- View TTU Conference Rooms and Contact Information- Conference rooms on the TTU Campus are under direction of a specific department and reservations are made at their discretion
Request a Room
- Reservations for space in academic buildings may be requested through the office of Academic Support and Facilities Resources by completing one of the forms below or contacting the office at 806-742-3658.
- Student groups who choose not to use the form should make reservations in room 246, Administration. Only registered student organizations are eligible to reserve space in academic buildings. Students should read and follow the rules that allow their use of classrooms. Academic activities always have priority over the use of academic space.
- We accept reservations for student organizations from a home department (Engineering Student Group request from the Engineering office); however, we strongly encourage departments to allow your students to request the room so they can read and agree to guidelines listed.
- Reservations for conferences and other special events can be made by completing the appropriate attached form or by contacting Academic Support and Facilities Resources by phone or email.
- There is no rental fee for the use of academic space, but custodial or security charges may be necessary depending on the circumstances.
- Are there any rules or regulations for showing movies on campus? If you want to show a movie on campus, please read this important information.
- Please allow two business days for a confirmation of reservation.
Training

Final Examination Policies
In accordance with OP 34.10, class-related activities, with the exception of office hours, are prohibited on designated individual study days and during the final examination period. These dates are set aside for students to prepare for and take scheduled final examinations. During this period, review sessions are not to be scheduled, quizzes are not to be given, and no other class-related activities can be scheduled.
No substantial examinations other than bona fide makeup examinations may be given during the last class week or during the individual study day. Courses in which lab examinations and design studio reviews are normally scheduled the week prior to finals are excluded from this policy. No extracurricular activities of any kind may be scheduled within the individual study day and the final examination period without written permission of the Provost's Office.
An instructor with a compelling reason to change the time of an examination must obtain written approval from the department chair and/or dean of the college or school in which the course is taught before requesting room accommodations from Academic Support and Facilities Resources (ASFR). A change in the room assignment for a final examination may be made only with the approval of ASFR.
There is no university policy that provides relief to students who have three examinations scheduled the same day; in that situation, students may seek the assistance of the course instructors, department chair, and/or dean of the college. Contact Academic Facilities 806.742.3658 with questions, comments, or concerns regarding the final exam schedule.
