Academic Events
There are multiple spaces on campus for registered student organizations and employees to reserve for departmental functions, support organizations, and student organization events. We are here to help you!
Interested in Reserving Events in academic buildings on campus? Log into Ad Astra with your eRaider to view room details, room availability, and to request a room.
STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS REGISTRATION 2025/2026 OPEN
Registration and Risk Management is now open for 2025/2026 academic school year. This
must be completed and active before any student organization can request any space
on campus for Fall 2025. Academic Classroom requests through Ad Astra for student
organizations will open on Monday, August 11th at 8:00 am. For registration information
please visit the Student Involvement website.
Please Plan Ahead! To fully serve everyone, we ask you allow 1-2 business days for processing your request. Be aware that building access may require 2-3 business days prior to your event to coordinate your access depending on the room being requested.
Make sure you watch your email for confirmation notices of your event that include room information and important instructions. We hope your event goes well!
