Need a Space for Your Event? We Can Help!

There are lots of places on campus where student groups and Texas Tech staff can hold events. If you want to reserve a room in an academic building, log in to Ad Astra with your eRaider account. There, you can see room details, check if it’s available, and send in your request.

Plan Ahead!

Please give us 1–2 business days to process your request. Some rooms may need extra time (2–3 business days) to set up building access before your event.

Watch your email for a confirmation message. It will include your room info and important instructions. We hope your event is a success!

 

 

 

Requesting Events

All event requests are processed in the order they are received. Please be mindful and
allow 1-2 business days for your event to be reviewed.

Event Guidelines

Instructional Programs have first priority.

Second priority is given to programs sponsored and conducted by:

  • University Academic
  • Administrative Departments
  • Active Registered Student Organizations

Please do not advertise for your event until approval is granted and you have received
confirmation from our office.
