Scheduling is done through Ad Astra.

Doak can be scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The following are the capacities for each room:
Doak Training Room 153 – Max Capacity 11
Doak Training Room 156 – Max Capacity 35
As a reminder, all Doak event requests are processed in the order in which they are received, and we recommend submitting requests at least two weeks in advance.
