In order to reserve academic space, a student organizations must register with the Center for Campus Life at the beginning of each academic year. For more information on registration, please visit the Center for Campus Life website or call 742-3636.
When completing an online room reservation request form, please provide your organization’s name as it is listed on OrgSync. The information provided will be used to verify registration and incomplete information may cause delays in processing your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are processed in the order received. Please allow at least 1 to 2 business days for receipt of a confirmation. Some reservations may require additional processing time. If additional information is needed, an email will be sent to the requestor’s email provided. Otherwise, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email as soon as your reservation has been processed.
