Our office accepts passport applications Monday-Friday. Appointments are required and may be made by contacting our office at 806-742-3760.

At this time we are not accepting walk-ins.

* Hours are subject to change without any prior notice. The last appointment is 30 minutes prior to closing time. The passport office will be closed during official University holidays. See TTU holiday schedule.

For routine processing, please allow 4-6 weeks from the time the application is received at a processing center plus mailing time.

For expedited processing, please allow 2-3 weeks from the time the application is received at a processing center plus mailing time.

Documents

International Affairs can accept the DS11 passport application and take photos. Applications are available online at the U.S. Passports & International Travel website, or at International Affairs.

Additional documents needed for submitting passport application:

1. Previously Issued Passport, Certified Birth Certificate, or Naturalization Certificate and a photo copy of the document
2. Two passport size photos (may be obtained at International Affairs for $15)
3. Driver's License or other state-issued photo ID and a photo copy of the ID

Passport Fees

Passport and Expediting fees established by the U.S. Department of State must be paid by check or money order only. Checks and money orders must be payable to the U.S. Department of State. *Temporary checks not accepted.

All fees are due at the time of service.

• Passport Book - $130 Adult / $100 for Minors ^{*Under the age of 16}
• Passport Card - $30 Adult / $15 for Minors ^{*Under the age of 16}
• Expediting fee - $60
• 1–3 Day Return Delivery Service - $26.87 ^{*Not valid for Passport Cards}

*Passport and Expedite Fees  for multiple passports CANNOT be combined into a single payment. One Passport Application = One Check/Money Order

Passport Services at International Affairs is cashless. The Acceptance Fee  and Passport Photo Fee transactions to Passport Services must be paid electronically. 

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet

• Passport Acceptance Fee - $35
• Passport Photos - $16.50(if needed)
  • Includes 2 photos

*Passport Acceptance Fees and Passport Photo Fees CAN be combined into one payment. 

All credit/debit card transactions will be assessed a processing fee of $1.50

Our office is not able to assist with the renewal of passports using the form DS-82. If you meet these requirements, you must renew by mail.
