SorGMDA provides metabolite profiling of sorghum grain from the Sorghum Association Panel (SAP), including genetic variations associated with metabolome diversity. Metabolite profiling of the seeds was conducted using untargeted Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (UPLC-MS).
