Credentials

To request a credentials file, please email Amanda Cantu-Perez

The following items must be received by University Career Center:

• One copy of your official or unofficial transcript (photocopies are permitted).
• Recommendation letters.
• A copy of your resume.

Instructions for Forwarding Your Credentials 
Please have the following information, regarding the intended recipient of your credentials,
available when contacting University Career Center:

• Name of person/title.
• Name of organization/school district.
• Complete mailing address or fax number.
• Any special instructions.

In order to meet deadlines in a timely manner, YOUR REQUEST FOR CREDENTIALS TO BE FORWARDED MUST BE SUBMITTED TWO BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE.
