Scholarships for Students Majoring in Economics Only

Every academic year, the Scholarship Committee in the Department awards the following scholarships to students majoring in economics.  Some of these scholarships are awarded on competitive basis, and some are awarded on competitive/need-based basis.  These scholarships were made possible by the generous donations by friends and alumni of the Department.  

Combining the 2023/24 and the 2024/25 academic years, 59 undergraduate students will have benefited from these scholarships. The average award is $1,400 per student per year.  To qualify for these scholarships, students must complete ECO 2301, ECO 2302, ECO 3311, and ECO 3312.
