Hi, my name is Yesenia Mendoza, and I'm the assistant teacher in the Ladybug classroom. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences and a minor in Health Professions. I originally started at Early Head Start as a classroom assistant at the beginning of 2025 and quickly realized how passionate I am about this work. I wanted to be more involved with the children and get to know them better, which led me to my current role. I love building relationships with each child and being part of their growth and learning everyday.
