Financial Planning Academy University of Arizona

The University of Arizona Financial Planning Academy will be held on campus June 25-30, 2023. Students will stay in the dorms and participate in various on-campus activities. This is an excellent opportunity for students to get a feel for what college life is like at a top university. This camp is for high school students interested in pursuing a career in business or financial planning.  
The Personal & Family Financial Planning program at The University of Arizona is housed in the John and Doris Norton School of Human Ecology. The Norton School develops students for careers helping individuals, families and communities elevate their quality of life and expand their potential. The PFFP program creates future financial leaders through a curriculum approved by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.  

Paired with structured internships and professional development, the career-focused curriculum prepares students for success in the financial industry with an emphasis on relationship building and client engagement. Students grow financial knowledge that goes beyond dollars and cents. The PFFP program provides a solid foundation in financial planning and wealth management, broadens students' understanding of ethical and fiduciary responsibilities and fine-tunes their interpersonal skills to ensure fulfilling, long-term relationships with future clients.
