Texas Tech Operating Policy 10.14 outlines our communitys shared responsibility in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures by reporting any suspected wrongdoing. The university offers several avenues for reporting concerns or potential misconduct. For questions or assistance in reporting, please contact the OIC.
Reporting Abuse/Misconduct
Texas Tech employees are required to report incidents of sexual misconduct. For additional information regarding reporting obligations, see Reporting Requirements (sometimes known as Senate Bill 212.)

Reporting Fraud and other Misconduct
EthicsPoint: an anonymous reporting system for any member of the Texas Tech University System who has a reasonable basis for believing a fraudulent act has occurred. When possible, employees are also encouraged to notify their supervisor, the appropriate campus administrator, the Texas Tech Police Department, or the office of Audit Services.
