Enterprise Risk Management

Texas Tech strives to create an environment where faculty, staff, and students assume a risk management philosophy. Along with the TTU System Office of Risk Management, OIC fosters a culture of prevention, seeking to involve all parts of the organization in moving beyond responding to events, and taking responsibility for individual opportunities to effect change.

OIC is responsible for coordinating the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process for Texas Tech.
