Zhaoming He, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Zhaoming He is an associate professor of mechanical engineering at Texas Tech University. His research focuses on cardiovascular system functionality, diseases and related cures, and pharmaceuticals. His research objective is to understand cardiovascular mechanics, its impact on cardiovascular biology, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In his time at Texas Tech, he has received a Research Award for the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Dr. He primarily teaches courses in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. He is also an active member of multiple organizations and societies, including the Biomedical Engineering Society, the American Heart Association, and the World Association for Chinese Biomedical Engineers.
