Hearing Loss: What You Don't Know Can Hurt You!

Connie Stephens, Au.D., will help us understand the physiological and psychological ramifications of hearing loss, the losses that can be medically improved and those that can't. Stephens will include a discussion on the technology that is available today to recover hearing when possible. We will also learn about the importance of protecting our hearing, not only for ourselves but also for our family members.

Connie Stephens, Au.D., is a licensed audiologist and has been the director of the Hearing and Balance Clinic of West Texas Rehabilitation Center for the past 17 years. Dr. Stephens has previously been an adjunct professor for Hardin Simmons University and is an honorary lifetime member of the Texas Academy of Audiology.
