Deciphering Medical Terminology

There is a lot of medical jargon and “alphabet soup” when it comes to medical care. Join OLLI Instructor, Chris Hillman, as he details the officially accepted abbreviations as well as those that you would probably only hear among the nurses. Expect this informational class to offer the participants the opportunity to ask questions and share a few laughs.

Chris Hillman has been an ICU critical care registered nurse since 2003. The majority of his experience has been in cardiac care and heart surgery critical care and its related intensive disciplines.
