Student Incompletes with RaiderCanvas Transition
If you currently have students with an incomplete in your course, we recommend that you encourage them to complete the course work and have the grade submitted to Banner by August 29, 2025. We will no longer have access to Blackboard after this date.
If it is not possible for the student to complete the course work by August 29, 2025, you will need to retrieve the grades for the student from the course in Blackboard. We will create a section in Canvas and cross-list it with an already existing course in RaiderCanvas. The grades from Blackboard can be manually added to the course in Canvas.
If you do not have an existing live course in RaiderCanvas, you will need to import the content into a development course for the student to complete the course work in Canvas.
Once all student incompletes from Blackboard are resolved, the existing policy will be in effect and the students will have to complete their course work in the RaiderCanvas course they were originally enrolled in.
