Course Migration from Blackboard

In early Spring 2025, we will initiate the migration of courses from Blackboard to Canvas. To streamline this process and control project costs, we will migrate only one iteration of each course and only courses with structured content and student engagement.

We will target one copy of the most recent course delivered during either Spring or Fall 2024. This process will help transition the content into a similar structure using the options available in Canvas.

Once this process has been completed, please anticipate the need to make additional adjustments to ensure the course is ready for the Summer or Fall 2025 term.

The option to start fresh or migrate your own course will be an option once access to Canvas has been provided.
