Individualized RCR Training
Because research suggests that online training alone has a limited ability to impact daily ethical decision making in research and scholarship, trainees also participate in Individualized “Face-to-Face” Training.
Individualized training allows trainees to engage in thoughtful explorations of responsible conduct as they pursue their academic careers.
Credit for Training: For credit at training hosted by the RCR Office, you will answer questions during the talk for participation. For credit at seminars hosted by other divisions, you need to sign in (or scan in). Then, after the seminar, you need to write a short summary consisting of (at minimum) 1-2 sentences on the seminar content and 1-2 sentences on how it relates to your research (include your R# on the summary).
Please submit summaries to researchintegrity@ttu.edu.

On-Demand RCR Training
The TTU RCR Office also serves the university by offering classroom visits to educate students on critical areas of Responsible Research.
Included below is a list of RCR Training topics and additional topics that foster student success. We also offer custom combinations of topics to address more areas if you would like. For example, Authorship and Collaboration Agreements can have overlapping issues, and we could cover both in the same classroom visit.
If you are interested in a classroom visit, please send a request to researchintegrity@ttu.edu.
Classroom visits are subject to schedule availability. Please make requests at least one week in advance of the anticipated visit.
