Right now, I am researching neotropical mammals in the biology building. I have also been interested in knowing more about plants and their function.
Why I'm excited to be an LSAMP Scholar:
I am excited to learn more about the program and its resources for students. Also, I want to make new friends with the same interests and majors.
Advice for anyone studying in a stem field:
My advice would be to have a positive attitude always, some classes are hard but with a good attitute that class can continue.

I can move my ears, my nose, and my eyebrows. | The person who most inspires me is my mom. She raised me as a single mom in Mexico, in a city that sometimes was difficult to live in and known as the most dangerous city in the world. I admired her because, thanks to her, my life was always good.
