Read Like a B.O.S.S.

 

Read Like a B.O.S.S. (Book Of STEM Skills) is a program designed for rural schools to engage 4th grade students, teachers, and families in reading and hands-on STEM activities in an effort to increase an interest in reading and STEM learning. 
 
Kits will be delivered to the schools the first week of February 2026. Kits and delivery are at no cost to the school thanks to the generous support of our sponsors. 

STEM Literacy & Activity Kits include:

• 1 copy of the book If I Built a Car for each 4th grade student
• Materials for each 4th grade student to complete a STEM activity
• Teacher Guide
• Link to a video with a guest reader
• Parent Letter
• Family Reading Guide
• Family STEM Activity Guide
