These videos show basic lab principles and methods that are helpful to students who are interested in  undergraduate lab experiences in biomedical sciences. Because of COVID, many students have not had the opportunity to train in using these techniques in physical labs. These videos help prepare students' basic lab knowledge and preparedness.
