TTU STEM Excursions

Looking for a unique and fun STEM field trip? Let STEM CORE plan an engaging STEM learning experience on the Texas Tech University campus for one of the following groups:3rd- 5th graders, 6th- 8th graders, or high school students.  

New requests will open on August 17, 2026

STEM Excursion Details:
  • Choose a category and let STEM CORE plan your visit
  • Engage with Texas Tech students and faculty
  • Choose the grade level(s) specific to your group for us to build programming around: 3rd-5th graders, 6th-8th graders, high school*
  • Two hours of programming at $10 per student with a $200 minimum fee* 
  • Minimum of 15 students
  • Maximum of 50 students
  • Request a date for a STEM Excursion at least six weeks in advance 
  • Fall STEM Excursions can be scheduled late September through November
  • Spring STEM Excursions can be scheduled February through April

 

*Please email stem-core@ttu.edu if your group does not fit one of these categories and/or if funding is a problem.

Ready to Book a STEM Excursion?
