Faculty FAQ
|
How can STEM CORE help with grant proposals?
STEM CORE supports faculty through guiding them through the proposal process, developing broader impacts portions of their proposals, helping connect with education faculty and external evaluators, and integrating STEM educational constructs into research proposals. We can also help coordinate partnerships and projects within institutional priorities and connect you with established resources. STEM CORE can provide letters of support for community (TTU, Lubbock or K-12 specific) connections. STEM CORE can also help implement/facilitate your broader impacts portions of your proposals, if written into the budget, and discussed prior to submission. For more information, check out our Research Grant Toolbox. |
|
What workshops are available?
STEM CORE offers workshops on STEM outreach, STEM mentorship, grant writing/development, and community engagement. Sessions are offered throughout the year and are open to faculty and staff, graduate students and undergraduates. If you need something specific for your department, please reach out via our Grants Assistance Form and we will work to get something scheduled. For more information, check out our Research Grant Toolbox. |
