Morgan Provost, MBA

Current Position

Morgan Provost is a full-time Lecturer on Human Resource Development at Texas Tech University.  She joined Texas Tech after having her own business and spending almost 20 years in global leadership positions within IBM across fields including marketing, product management, market research, finance, operations, analytics, and strategy.  Those experiences taught her the importance of identifying, hiring, and keeping the best employees and the key role that HR professionals play in every organization's success.  Mrs. Provost spent her career building relationships across functions within a highly matrixed global organization in order to move the overall business forward.  She is in the unique position of being able to leverage years of real-world professional business experience within her courses.

Background

Mrs. Provost has a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and an International MBA from Thunderbird.  But having been in the Lubbock area for over 15 years, she can't help but be a Texas Tech fan!
