CFAS Scholarships
The CFAS program awards scholarships to students based on based on excellence in academics, leadership, financial need, and other specific criteria set forth by individual scholarships. A scholarship committee made up of three or more faculty members will review eligible applications and make awards annually. Students will be contacted during the spring semester to accept or decline scholarship awards. Students must apply by February 1 in order to be considered for a scholarship.
To apply for a scholarship, students must complete the general TTU scholarship application, and have their transcripts, S.A.T., or A.C.T. scores on file. Your personal goals statement will also be used to determine awards. A letter of recommendation from a faculty member is not required for undergraduate scholarships.
Students who receive a scholarship are required to write a thank-you note to the scholarship donor during the fall and spring semesters. Failing to submit a thank-you letter will result in your scholarship being revoked. In addition, awardees must be enrolled full-time in the major associated with their scholarship and maintain the GPA specified by the scholarship each semester.
Check your TTU email account for notification of scholarship awards.
