Stages of Recovery provides professional services to promote sober living. Stages of Recovery offers intensive outpatient services, sober living facilities, and recovery coaching.

Uses the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Narcotics Anonymous. There are a variety of regular meetings each week, nationwide. There are open and closed meetings available to members, and there are no membership fees.

Alcoholics Anonymous holds closed and open meetings at various times, on each day of the week. Alcohol-free living is achieved through the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Lubbock is in District IV of Alcoholics Anonymous Area 66, and membership is free.

Center for Collegiate Recovery Communities (CCRC)
The Center for Collegiate Recovery Communities at Texas Tech University offers support for Texas Tech Students based on a Twelve Step model. The principles that the CCRC promotes are: being Clean, Sober & Healthy; being Connected in Community; being Committed to Academics; and being Civil in Relationships with others.
